More about the Type of Yoga I teach and my intention behind teaching: 

The Type of yoga that I teach is Vinyasa - meaning to "move with a purpose". it is usually quite a warming and strong practice. 

My classes range from being strong and energising to calming and grounding. 

My intention for each class is to leave you feeling energised and calm, both physically and mentally, bringing awareness and connection to your body and breath. 

It is my belief that mental health is just as important as physical health, therefore it is my hope that you carry all that you learn and experience, off of the mat and into your everyday life. 

I also love leaving you with inspirational quotes and messages after each class to take you into the rest of your day or evening.
