"My love for yoga actually started in Cassandra's classes. I'd been a pretty heavy gym-goer before, and decided I needed a break from that space. I still wanted to move my body but in a more wholesome and gentle way, and cass provided exactly that.
I felt at peace in her classes, welcomed and accepted. As cass understood I was new to yoga she took it slow and explained the steps to me. Her flow classes really allow you to feel one with your body and soul, and eventually it comes naturally to move in motion. From the candles, to the music, the ambience and energy, Cassandra's classes are definitely something I look forward to every week! One of my favorite parts of her classes in particular is the Shavasana at the end, and if you want to know why I suggest you come and try yourself!"
